Description
We are seeking a skilled Unified Communications and Collaboration Contractor with extensive technical expertise in modern digital workplace technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of collaborative platforms, communication tools, and emerging technological solutions that drive organizational productivity and innovation. Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical support and implementation for enterprise-level communication platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex • Manage and optimize videoconferencing and telepresence solutions, with expertise in integration tools like TMS and Pexip • Support live events and webinar planning, including technical logistics and content delivery across platforms such as Teams Townhall and Zoom • Implement, secure, and manage Microsoft 365 productivity applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Whiteboard, etc.), ensuring seamless user experience and integration • Deploy and configure digital signage platforms like Appspace • Explore and implement generative AI solutions, including Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI • Develop automation workflows using low-code/no-code platforms like Power Automate • Support mixed, augmented, and virtual reality solutions, including content creation for Microsoft Hololens, Guides, and Remote Assist platforms

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00
