What You’ll Do:
- Provide operational support for critical initiatives, including new ventures, to ensure smooth implementation and timely execution of projects.
- Assist with catalog management and onboarding of new YouTube channels, streamlining processes to improve efficiency and maintain service quality.
- Perform routine tasks such as channel audits, generating reports, and updating global campaign progress to support the team’s strategic efforts.
- Manage ad hoc requests, such as Video Services alias updates and Radial YouTube strategy support, ensuring quick turnaround and accuracy.
- Track, analyze, and report on channel & category progress, using metrics like CPM, viewership, and subscriber demographics.
- Liaise with clients / client managers, marketing & audience development teams to leverage YouTube around key release campaigns & isolate / develop tentpole campaigns specific to YouTube for their key labels & artists.
- Provide additional support to ensure the department can scale operations efficiently and capitalize on emerging growth opportunities.
- Effectively work within department internal systems, YouTube’s CMS (Content Management System) and YouTube.com, maintaining up to date and accurate records.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Who You Are:
- 0+ years’ experience in digital video; 1 year experience managing, programming, and optimizing YouTube channels
- Understanding of rapidly evolving digital landscape with proven ability to harness it in an effort to reach goals (e.g. user generated content, social media)
- Ability to communicate & work effectively with various stakeholders (C level, clients, interns)
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft, Google, and Apple applications
- Familiar with Canva, Photoshop, After Effects
- Strong passion for and deep knowledge of music
