About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated
Paid Search Marketing Manager
to join our marketing team. This role is crucial for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through expertly managed paid search campaigns. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for analytics, performance optimization, and delivering measurable results. Key Responsibilities: Paid Search Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and others. Develop strategies to meet business objectives, including lead generation, sales growth, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Manage daily budgets, keyword bids, and performance metrics to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Keyword Research & Ad Copy Development: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing terms and opportunities for growth. Create compelling, conversion-focused ad copy that aligns with campaign goals and target audience needs. Performance Tracking & Analytics: Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other reporting platforms. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign ROI and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA). A/B Testing & Optimization: Implement A/B testing strategies for ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting. Continuously optimize campaigns for click-through rates (CTR), quality scores, and conversion rates. Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in paid search, search engine algorithms, and competitive activity. Identify and test new tools, platforms, and strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3-5+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns, preferably with budgets exceeding $100,000/month. Proven expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Analytics. Strong understanding of SEM best practices, keyword research, and bid strategies. Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, and remarketing strategies. Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, or Shopping).
