How You’ll Make a Difference In this role, you’ll drive patient-focused initiatives and omnichannel engagement efforts, supporting the successful launch and growth of anitocabtagene autoleucel (anito-cel), our lead CAR T candidate for the treatment of patients with relapsed refractory multiple myeloma. Your work will play a critical role in maximizing effective reach and frequency of our approved educational and promotional messaging to important stakeholders, in concert with other functions and efforts. Collaborating with cross-functional internal partners and our copromote partner, Kite Pharma, you’ll ensure alignment and compliance with brand objectives and industry standards. Our patient strategy and omnichannel infrastructure and strategy are still being formed, so this is a unique opportunity to have an immense impact on the function. The “Fine Print” – What You’ll Do Develop and execute comprehensive patient engagement strategies. Design and oversee omnichannel marketing initiatives. Maintain expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., SFDC, Veeva) and journey orchestration to enhance customer strategy and promotional execution. Create and manage patient engagement programs. Deliver educational materials to inform patients and healthcare providers about anito-cel, its benefits, and proper use. Partner with advocacy groups, healthcare professionals, and patient organizations. Collaborate with medical, regulatory, commercial to ensure marketing efforts comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Oversee the creation of patient-focused content. Manage agency partners to develop and execute integrated media plans and deliver impactful promotional materials. Manage the patient and omnichannel marketing budget. Skills and Experience We Look For Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, or patient-focused marketing, with at least 5 years in pharmaceutical or biotechnology marketing. Proven success in developing and executing patient engagement strategies. Strong knowledge of omnichannel marketing, marketing automation tools, and journey orchestration platforms. Proficiency in digital promotions. Comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements, including PRC processes and data governance (CCPA, CPRA, GDPR, etc.). Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with an empathetic approach to patient engagement. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and build relationships with stakeholders. Comfort with uncertainty, ability to exercise sound judgment, and commitment to integrity. Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute plans effectively. Putting this belief into practice means offering strong compensation and benefits. The estimated base salary range for this position is $250,000 - $265,000 per year. Where a candidate falls within that range is determined by factors such as years of experience. Our compensation package also includes an annual bonus based on company goals and an equity (RSU) grant. We do offer relocation assistance for roles if required.
