Content Summary: Creative Project Manager - Project Management, Operations at New York, for Creative Circle Our client, a very well-known global fitness brand, is currently seeking a freelance Creative Project Manager to join their team.This role is hybrid in NYC (onsite Tuesday/Wed/Thursday) 40hrs/week opportunity for about 5 months with some potential to extend based on performance and business need.Our client is standing up a performance creative team to drive all digital mid and lower funnel asset creation and optimizations. This role is responsible for helping to establish this new team and running the daily operations to ensure projects are delivered on time. You must be a skilled project manager with experience in creating and rolling out new processes and ways of working.Responsibilities:Project intake and management of workflows, start to finishOnboard and manage any FL creative resources needed within the Performance eco systemManage Creative team resourcing and forecast allocation; know what is coming down the pipeline and plan accordinglyConsistent communication with all team members, from core team to stakeholders, management and beyond Ability to push back, even on more senior members of the team, in order to stay on trackEnsure projects are scoped and defined clearly, with agreed upon timing and budgetWork with Marketing partners to plan 3, 6, 9 and 12 months outAssist creative team in gathering necessary assets including copy, photography, videography, swatches, and samplesAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize each accordinglyAssist the Director of Creative Operations in ongoing resource & creative & operations team planningWork closely with your production partners to understand their needs and requirements to be successful.Foster increased collaboration with key departments and INT partnersRequirements:4+ years of experience in project management & operationsNYC based, hybrid model with Tue, Wed, Thur in officeInternational experience a plusAbility to work in a highly collaborative, cross functional and fast-paced team environmentExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsStrong understanding of digital marketingIs forward-thinking, very organized, and has an obsession for detailBrings a strong passion for the organization's brand and products, the fitness category, and consumer brandsIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
