Job Description

ASI currently has a hybrid work model. This position requires in person attendance at our office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
As a Digital Advertising Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in all aspects for digital marketing, including search result advertising, email marketing, and social media.
The Digital Advertising Intern will report directly to the Manager, Digital Advertising Operations on our Digital Ad Operations team.
This is a paid internship with an hourly pay-rate of $17.50 per hour. Working hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Digital Specialists with keyword research, setting up different advertising, and pulling delivery reports.
- Assist Email Coordinators in initiating and proofing email campaigns.
- Analyze stats and compile reports.
- Work with other departments, such as design, sales, and finance teams as needed.
Qualifications:
- Majoring in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office, specifically Excel, and the ability to learn other software programs quickly.
- Basic HTML and graphic knowledge are a plus.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Previous relevant work/internship experience desired, but not required.
