What You'll Do:

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and self-motivated individual who will help us continue to build industry-leading influencer and community marketing programs for Traeger Grills and MEATER. As our Sr. Community Marketing Manager, in collaboration with the Traeger and MEATER Brand Directors, you will refine and craft our influencer strategies, lead a team, and be at the forefront of building authentic and meaningful relationships that drive advocacy, loyalty, and awareness across both brands.
You will play a central role in fostering relationships that go beyond just product and share a passion for what we stand for and the world of outdoor cooking. You will have a natural ability to build relationships with people from a wide range of backgrounds from BBQ experts to outdoor enthusiasts, professional athletes, and beyond. The right person for this role is fueled by creating meaningful connections between people and brands and knows how to develop those relationships into everything from traditional social collaboration to unique brand stories, and impactful in-person moments.

How You'll Help Us Win:
- Keep a pulse on the Traeger and MEATER influencer and consumer
- Possess the ability to pivot between building strategy, relationship building, and measurement
- Build and execute an industry-leading community strategy that will contribute meaningful results against company and department-set goals
- Set and uphold guidelines for identifying the right partners, categories and campaigns that are brand-aligned, reach an authentic audience, and have outcomes that perform and resonate
- Define clear, ambitious goals and metrics for always-on and activation-based strategies that maximize impact and return on investment
- Plan, measure and deploy budgets ensuring that we are maximizing spend against the right opportunities at the right moments
- Develop and foster influencer relationships, ensuring that partners drive long-term and meaningful advocacy
- Bring forward content ideas or opportunities for social, events, media or any areas where we can create meaningful synergy
- Track, analyze and report key metrics on ongoing programs
- Maintain and continuously improve Influencer CRM and reporting tools
- Stay ahead of the curve on trends in social media, influencer marketing, emerging platforms, and new technologies
- 5-7 years of experience in influencer marketing or brand partnerships
- Experience managing and leading a team
- Passionate about building relationships that go deeper than a transaction
- Experience in launching influencer campaigns with proven success in building awareness or performance marketing
- Self-driven and proactive, a true self-starter who loves building from the ground up
- Savvy and knowledgeable about the creator/influencer marketing space, talent management, platform trends, and measurement
