Location:Chicago, IL  (On-site – Must work from the office)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $45,870 - $56,210 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall marketing initiatives of our organization. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at multitasking. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Manage and update the company's social media profiles and engage with the audience.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer needs.
• Help to organize promotional events and campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and provide reports to the marketing team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably as a coordinator or assistant.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Familiarity with content management systems is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
