What you'll do:

We are looking for a Marketing Intern who will support our marketing team to promote our digital banking products and services. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, brand management, content creation, and analytics within the fast-growing fintech industry. As a Marketing Intern, you will contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, social media management, and help track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts to support business goals.

  • Assist in creating engaging content for our website, blog, social media platforms, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
  • Help develop graphics, videos, and infographics that communicate complex banking products in a user-friendly manner.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the bank's brand tone, style, and messaging.
  • Support the marketing team in managing social media channels (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Help schedule posts, monitor social media interactions, and engage with followers to build an online community.
  • Conduct social media research and create reports on performance metrics.
  • Assist in planning and executing virtual and in-person events, including logistics coordination, attendee management, and post-event follow-up to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Support event promotion efforts by creating content for social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels to drive engagement and attendance.
  • Assist in the creation, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns
  • Help track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM systems.
  • Generate reports on digital traffic, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct research on current market trends in digital banking, fintech, and relevant competitor activity.
  • Compile insights and suggest new opportunities for the bank to target potential customers.
  • Assist in drafting customer-facing communications such as newsletters, email updates, and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Help improve customer engagement strategies through digital channels, identifying opportunities to enhance the user experience.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment across marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on marketing initiatives.


What you need:
  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, online consumer behavior, and fintech industry trends.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Canva, WordPress, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Ability to think creatively and develop engaging marketing content.
  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to interpret data and create actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while contributing independently.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges.
