DRUCKER + FALK

Provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls for multi-line system, directing callers to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, as well as additional clerical duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

• First point of contact with visitors and guest. Greet all visitors in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.

• Determines nature of business and announces visitors to appropriate employee.

• Retrieves messages from voice mail and forwards to appropriate personnel.

• Answers incoming telephone calls and determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.

• Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.

• Provides caller with information such as company address, directions, fax numbers, company website and other related information.

• Receives, sorts, and forward incoming mail, to include opening and distribution of mail.

• Maintains and routes publications.

• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)

• May assist Office Manager with the ordering, receiving, and stocking of office supplies.

• Ability to create UPS correspondence and perform mail runs.

• Responsible for processing payables for stamping, vendor numbers, mailing and distribution. Vendor set up and monitoring

• Process returned check due diligence.

• Creates memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents when necessary.

• Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and updating spreadsheets/phone list.

• Responsible for maintaining break room.

• Responsible for opening and closing lobby area (opening, locking doors, turning off lights)

• Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one year of relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
