Principal UX Researcher w/ WW International Inc. (New York, NY). Determine the objectives, research plan and tools (interview guides, etc.) for UX research projects with input from key partners. Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Psychology, Sociology, Business, Management, or a related field. Requires at least five (5) years of prior experience as a UX Researcher or a similar role working with experiential research techniques, including ethnography and contextual inquiry, to provide actionable information to designers (both UX and service) and product managers. Full-term experience must include: development and application of mixed research techniques, including the following qualitative and quantitative methods: Usability Testing, Structured & Unstructured Interviews, Focus Groups; Cognitive Walkthroughs; Contextual Inquiry, Ethnography (field research), Ride/Shop alongs; Desirability Studies; and Diary Studies. Telecommuting permitted. Salary range: $141,000- $176,250/yr.
