What Youll Do:


  • Engage in telemarketing and phone sales to generate leads and close deals.
  • Proactively contact potential customers to discuss their insurance needs.
  • Provide tailored solutions for auto, home, and other personal lines insurance products.
  • Follow up on leads, referrals, and quotes to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with our team to meet and exceed sales goals.
What Were Looking For:


  • Proven experience in telemarketing or phone sales (insurance sales experience preferred).
  • A high-energy, goal-oriented attitude with a desire to win.
  • Excellent communication skillsboth verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain).
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:
  • Hold the insurance license required by your state by start date. Prior Licensed Applicants will have preference but will train the right person.
  • Possess a valid drivers license and a source of reliable transportation.
  • Demonstrate ability to learn the knowledge of insurance products and usages, rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations needed to effectively secure new business and maintain existing client base.
  • Possess strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales.
  • Be people-oriented, customer-focused, and professionally assertive in developing new client relationships and servicing existing clients.
  • Possess outstanding organizational skills with an ability to complete difficult assignments without supervision, sound business judgment, strong decision-making and superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have excellent time management skills, thrive in a team environment and Technology and Computer proficiency including agency management systems.
