In this role, you will pursue and respond to inquiries from potential and current clients seeking insurance coverage. You will be trained to act as a trusted consultant, evaluating the needs of individuals and businesses, and recommending the best insurance solutions. Responsibilities
  • Achieve new business production goals and objectives.
  • Generate new business through phone calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Provide insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, such as Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, and Auto Dealers.
  • Ask for referrals from existing clients and explain the referral program.
  • Stay informed about new products and industry trends.
  • Prospect and develop new business through leads and referrals.
  • Educate clients on insurance policies and their benefits.
  • Provide excellent customer service by explaining policy details and helping clients select the best coverage options.
  • Grow sales revenue through strategic communication via phone, email, and other methods.

Requirements
  • Have your Property and Casualty License as well as your Life Insurance License, or be willing to obtain one.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to initiate relationships with new clients.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and follow through on commitments.
  • Confident self-starter, able to work independently.
  • Property & Casualty license is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership qualities, with the ability to delegate and inspire others.
  • Resilience to handle rejection and continue engaging with prospects.
