Hybrid: 3 days remote, 2 days from on-site We are looking for a full-time member to join the team, supporting marketing, initially focused on Google AdWords. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns on Google AdWords for the USA, Canada, and UK Supervise European Google Ads Agency Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns. Find trending keywords search through Social Media Monitor, track, and assess ad performance and analyze metrics. Optimize campaigns and landing pages to maximize ROI. Create engaging and effective ad copy and visuals. Manage budgets and bids to ensure cost-effective spending. Identify new opportunities for growth within the paid search landscape. Generate regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders. Collaborate with the marketing team, SEO team, and Social Media Team to align PPC strategies with broader marketing goals Conduct A/B testing Ads to find new Audiences. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as a Google AdWords Manager or similar role. Google Ads certification is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent understanding of PPC best practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and presentation skills.
