LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a HYBRID Technical Writer II for a yearlong contract position that could extend in Arden Hills, MN. This is for a medical equipment manufacturing with an excellent reputation.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, analyze, and create content using technical writing theories, methods, and tools

  • Clearly and correctly state and summarize technical information and conclusions in documents

  • Assist with administrative authoring tasks, including routing documents for approvals, and reviewing documents for accuracy and conformance to standards and regulations

  • Ensure document content quality by managing and organizing information for accuracy, consistency, and readability

  • Review and peer-edit the work of other writers to ensure high quality standards within the technical writing group

  • Interface cross-functionally within the product development team and throughout the company to acquire source material/information for documents and to develop understanding of the products and the product development process

  • Identify, analyze, recommend, and implement innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement in technical writing processes and practices

 

Qualifications:

  • 2 - 5 Years experience, with bachelor's degree in related field

  • Experience technical writing in the medical device or other regulated industry -highly preferred

  • Experience with desktop publishing tools, preferably InDesign and other Adobe tools

 

Employment Type: Yearlong contract position that could extend

Pay Details: $34.00 to $43.42 per hour
