This is a hybrid role. Only candidates in the San Franisco area will be considered as some in-office time is to be expected.

We're looking for a Senior Copywriter to join our Performance Creative team. Reporting to the Creative Director, Performance Creative, you will create performance-driven work that supports print, digital, and social direct response channels while satisfying the branding requirements of our clients.
  • You will create conceptual yet performance-driven work, such as paid social, display, email, OLV, and landing pages while satisfying the branding requirements of our clients.
  • You will develop on-brand creative activations rooted in strategies that serve as a framework for bringing art and messaging to life for specific audiences, across channels.
  • You will partner with our teams to create concepts that enhance response strategies and achieve client goals.
  • You will apply audience insights, strategic frameworks, and direct response best practices to your work.
  • You understand unique audiences and create content that is relevant to each.
  • You will stay current with the latest trends and technologies (e.g., DCO, Content Velocity, Dynamic Video, Modular Content Systems).
  • You will present work both internally and to our clients while building client relationships.

Qualifications:
  • 3 years minimum copywriting experience in creative advertising and performance creative
  • Bachelor's in Advertising, Marketing, or related field, required; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required
  • Experience working with the nuances and requirements of writing for Direct Mail, Online Display, Email, Social and Digital Experiences including video.
  • Working knowledge of web usability/accessibility, advertising technologies, and development methods
  • Brand development experience.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000 - $110,400 a year. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
