Title: UIUX Designer

Location: Jupiter, FL - Hybrid
Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team for a top 500 renewable energy company. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing user interfaces for our web applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, and conduct user research and usability testing.
Responsibilities: Design user experiences for web applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to gather and evaluate user requirements. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs. Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications work across various devices and screen sizes. Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications: Experience as a UI/UX Designer. Strong portfolio showcasing your design and development skills. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work on a W-2 without sponsorship now or in the future; cannot work 1099 or C2C
