We are seeking a skilled and experienced System Administrator with hands-on experience in the field. As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in monitoring and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring security, providing robust technical support, overseeing backup solutions, implementing RMM software, managing Windows Azure AD and Google Workspace user administration, and handling inventory management using Snipe-IT. The ideal candidate will also possess experience with RMM tools for patching and monitoring , antivirus support, managing Windows Active Directory and Azure AD, familiarity with firewalls, including knowledge on rules and routing, and providing level 2 helpdesk support. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Administer Google Workspace, Windows Active Directory, and Azure AD services, including user management, group policies, and security permissions. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Perform system administration tasks, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, software, and applications. Oversee network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN connections. Configure and manage firewalls, including setting up rules and routing to ensure network security and efficiency. Conduct network administration duties, such as troubleshooting connectivity issues and optimizing network performance. Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to safeguard company systems and data. Provide antivirus support and management using Sentinel One. Design, implement, and manage backup solutions for both local and remote networks to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery preparedness. Roll out and manage Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) software using Ninja for efficient system monitoring, automation, and maintenance. Manage IT inventory using Snipe-IT for tracking and maintaining hardware and software assets. Provide level 2 helpdesk support, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues escalated from level 1 support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT solutions aligned with business objectives. Document IT processes, configurations, and procedures to ensure compliance and knowledge sharing. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) required. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Google Workspace administration, Windows Active Directory, Azure AD, Windows Server administration, networking, cybersecurity, system administration, and network administration. In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace management, Windows Active Directory, Azure AD, Windows Server, and network protocols. Proficiency in implementing cybersecurity measures and best practices. Strong experience in designing and managing backup solutions for onsite and offsite networks. Demonstrated expertise in deploying and managing RMM software, specifically Ninja, for remote monitoring and management. Experience with Sentinel One for antivirus support and management. Experience with Snipe-IT for IT inventory management. Familiarity with firewalls, including knowledge on rules and routing. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders. Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA, CompTIA Security) are preferred. Must speak English and Spanish fluently.
