McKinley Marketing Partners is working alongside a well-known retailer in Irving, TX and together we are seeking a
supplier support coordinator . You will support the onboarding of new vendors and/or new stores by updating and maintaining item submissions log in Excel.
This position is fully onsite. Candidates must be able to commute to Irving, TX. All McKinley roles include a competitive benefits package.
Responsibilities Works with vendors to obtain required information for set up across departments and systems (Accounting, Merchandising, IT) Ensures new vendor is set up for ordering, invoicing, and item assortment Collects, reviews, and submits required internal forms for processing across systems Ability to pull data, compare and find patterns within data to make meaningful decisions
Requirements Strong Excel skills with experience using formulas, pivot tables, and V-lookups Experience with Power BI is highly preferred Excellent organization and time management skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/tasks at a time Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
