About the Role RPR is seeking an Administrative Assistant who will work directly with our President with day-to-day administrative and operational duties. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, efficient, and takes initiative. Due to the nature of the work, the candidate will have experience supporting senior/C-suite executives in fast-paced environments and be willing to work on a large range of tasks. * This is an in-office role Monday through Friday at our Midtown Manhattan office.

Responsibilities Coordinate and maintain calendars for executive including scheduling meetings and appointments. Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies and ensuring a tidy work environment. Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phones, responding to emails, and directing inquiries. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Maintain and organize files, records, and databases, ensuring accurate and timely data entry. Arrange logistics for meetings, including booking venues, preparing materials, and taking minutes. Organize travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Assist with various projects by providing administrative support Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns professionally. Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay range and compensation package In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, the Company believes the
target range of base compensation for this role is $60K - $75K/yr . Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and location.
