Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and creative professional to serve as our in-house Social Media Strategist & Project Manager, responsible for developing and executing social media strategies while managing marketing projects from concept to completion. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and organizational expertise to ensure cohesive brand messaging, seamless collaboration with our in-house design team, and efficient execution of marketing initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company’s goals
  • Create Content, write copy and assist in asset creation with our in-house design team
  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across all platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook).
  • Collaborate with the in-house design team to produce high-quality, visually compelling social media assets.
  • Monitor social media trends, insights, and analytics to optimize performance and engagement.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and reporting.
  • Build and nurture online communities to strengthen brand presence and foster engagement.



Marketing Project Management:

  • Coordinate and oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Act as the central point of contact for internal teams, including the in-house design team, to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
  • Create and manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Evaluate the success of campaigns using KPIs and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist with the development of marketing collateral, email campaigns, and event promotions.

 

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in social media strategy and project management. Experience in Aviation is a plus but not required.
  • Proven ability to create and manage social media campaigns with measurable results.
  • Experience collaborating with design teams to produce creative assets.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, Trello, Asana, Google Analytics, etc.).
