Employer Industry: Insurance Why consider this job opportunity: Salary range of $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 Competitive Total Rewards package, including medical, dental, and vision plans starting on day one Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays Opportunities for hybrid work arrangements for those in the Greater Cincinnati area and fully remote work for candidates outside of this area Supportive work environment with a focus on employee satisfaction and engagement What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Investigate and adjust commercial auto bodily injury claims with significant exposure and complexity Review and evaluate coverage and liability for claims Secure necessary information for claims investigations, including reports and statements Attend arbitrations, mediations, depositions, or trials as necessary to resolve claims Ensure compliance with state, legal, and regulatory requirements in claims handling What is Required (Qualifications): Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial auto bodily injury adjusting, with an emphasis on litigation Current property and casualty (P&C) adjuster licenses required, where applicable Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate with a variety of internal and external contacts Industry designations are highly regarded How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience in managing complex liability and litigation claims Proven track record of successful claims resolution strategies Familiarity with underwriting and marketing issues regarding claims trends We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
