SUMMARY:

The Production Artist will join the marketing team to support Phusion Projects' design initiatives. They will focus on designing for packaging, Point of Sale/merchandising, and creative campaigns. They will collaborate with departments across the company, as well as outside vendors, to meet company deliverables. They will also be responsible for maintaining and organizing Phusion's library of design assets. They will report to the Senior Graphic Designer and Brand Director.*

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Getting art files to the print ready stage. Resizing point of sale designs for several different retail environments. Resizing advertising designs for several print or digital ad units. Managing our Creative Request process and communicating with field sales teams, as needed. Assisting with brand development and packaging projects. Merchandising: Assisting with item design, structural engineering, production, order fulfilment, and vendor correspondence. Participating in the development of strategy, activation, advertising and miscellaneous branding efforts. COMPENSATION: The base pay range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 per year. The range listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus awards. Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree or 2-year technical degree. Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat. Computer skills preferred: Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel. Must have a portfolio of design and production work that can be viewed digitally. 2-4 years of experience in creative development and printing and color management across multiple printing processes preferred. Experience with setting up print ready files. Experience in the consumer packaged goods industry preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to foster teamwork toward a common objective. Strong work ethic with brand-centric focus. COMPETENCIES:
