As our communications lead, you’ll help us spread the word about how we’re changing workplace financial well-being, while ensuring our internal teams stay aligned and informed. You’ll have the chance to build and own the communications strategy, manage media relations, and shape the voice of Chime Enterprise as we grow.In this role, you’ll get toDevelop and execute external communications strategies that build awareness of Chime Enterprise and our products.Help identify and staff Chime Enterprise leadership for public-facing opportunities, aligning on briefs for panels, media interviews, etc.Collaborate with the creative team on leadership pieces, press releases and blog posts.Build a longitudinal strategy that narrates Chime Enterprise goals, showing measurable impact and ambitions towards being member and partner obsessed.Own media relations—work with our PR agency, manage press inquiries, and build relationships with key media outlets.Build deeply trusted relationships with colleagues across the Chime Communications teamCollaborate with our leadership team to craft internal communications that keep everyone in the loop and inspired by our mission and communications direction.Manage crisis communications when necessary, ensuring our voice is consistent and clear.Manage analyst & influencer marketing programs that support our go-to-market strategy.Be performance-obsessed, leading campaign recaps, and quantifying impact of all PR spend.Collaborate with the broader Chime Communications team to ensure consistency and alignment across initiatives.To Thrive in This Role, You’ll Need7-10 years of experience in communications, with a focus on B2B or corporate environments.Strong experience managing media relations, securing coverage, and building relationships with press.Proven success in developing and executing internal communications strategies within a larger organization.Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to engage diverse internal and external audiences.A talent for juggling multiple priorities and leading projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.The ability to partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure messaging consistency across the organization.Experience with internal communications tools and platforms to keep teams engaged and informed.A proactive approach to crisis communication and problem-solving.The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $123,000 and up to $153,500. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.
