French Truck Coffee is seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer Marketing Associate to join our team! In this role, you will blend creative innovation with strategic thinking to support our marketing and branding efforts. You'll work collaboratively across departments to create thoughtful, visually compelling designs and campaigns that reflect and elevate the French Truck Coffee brand.
Merchandising
Develop creative concepts for merchandise and promotional items. Innovate and design new merchandise ideas aligned with brand identity. Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor quotes. Vet and build relationships with vendors to ensure quality and timely production. Marketing Campaigns
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create impactful social media and email marketing campaigns. Develop creative assets for promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns. Graphic Design
Design menus, coffee labels, and other assets for product rollouts. Create digital screen designs and promotional materials. Maintain and champion the French Truck Coffee brand identity through all visual communications. Establish and evolve the brand design language, including color schemes, typography, materials, and composition. Continuously seek opportunities to strengthen brand equity through innovative visuals and storytelling. Produce renderings of ideas, prototypes for products, and packaging designs as needed. Work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing, Marketing Manager, Director of Operations, and Sales Manager to align design efforts with broader business goals. Why Join French Truck Coffee? Experience
5+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, or related fields. Proven ability to manage design projects across digital and print media, from concept to execution. Associates degree or equivalent at minimum preferred Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and prototyping software. Strong understanding of branding principles, typography, and color theory. Expertise in creating high-quality renderings and prototypes. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Photography, video, and audio editing experience. Ability to produce compelling content for social media and digital platforms.
