Salary : $90,000 - $150,000

What You'll Be Doing: Serve as a collaborative and motivational leader, leveraging expertise in client engagement, pursuit strategies, and best practices for marketing in the A/E/C industry. Lead the coordination and execution of Go/No-Go meetings, proposal development, and presentation preparations, ensuring high-quality deliverables are completed on time in partnership with technical teams. Partner with marketing professionals across divisions to exchange best practices, enhance collaboration, and align efforts with corporate marketing and communication strategies. Conduct market research to support business planning, prioritize marketing initiatives for growth, advocate for change management efforts, and communicate progress effectively to leadership. Ensure all marketing materials-branding, messaging, qualifications, and other content-are accurate, well-crafted, and aligned with the company's brand standards. Oversee CRM system updates, reporting, and team training to ensure data accuracy and effective usage across the division. Collaborate with client development professionals, regional managers, and pursuit teams to develop strategies and create client and project capture plans. Lead event planning and industry outreach initiatives, including trade show participation strategies, thought leadership activities, and targeted marketing campaigns. Demonstrate proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and excel in creating compelling written content. What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations or related major, preferred
Minimum 5 years of marketing & proposals experience in the AEC industry.
Skilled in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
