Caesars Entertainment is hiring: Audio Visual Manager in Stateline

JOB SUMMARY:

This position supports the day-to-day operations of the casino and public area audio and video systems, oversees installation of new technology, and ensures proper maintenance and functionality of all AV equipment.

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (Includes, but is not limited to the following)

• Hire, train, supervise, and schedule AV and Maintenance Technicians.
• Coordinate audio visual operations and maintenance for AV systems in public areas, including the casino, lobby, restaurants, pool and spa, and entertainment venues.
• Ensure proper content and connectivity is playing in both casino overhead and video systems.
• Oversee inventory and technology health of all new and existing equipment.
• Oversee installation of new technologies and capital projects.
• Coordinate replacement or fixing of existing equipment through internal or external resources.
• Learn and ensure proper usage of audio, lighting, and digital display technologies.
• Manage audio visual billing and communication with accounting.
• Prepare budget forecasts, both operational and capital.
• Work directly with entertainment, marketing, and department leaders on usage of systems and appropriate adjustments to ensure best business practices.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both oral and written forms.
• Ability to learn and teach proper usage of audio, lighting, and digital display technologies.

EDUCATION PREFERRED:

• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in Audio Visual Operations.
• Previous experience working in a similar resort setting preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Work may entail various conditions of noise levels, temperature, illumination, air quality, fumes/odors, moving objects, and slippery surfaces.
• Work may be performed alone, with others, around others, with verbal contact and/or face-to-face contact.
