POSITION OVERVIEW

The Graphic Designer will create eye-catching and engaging visuals for corporate marketing initiatives. This position will execute complex design and communication strategies, developing concepts from the ground up through compelling design work.

JOB SCOPE

The Graphic Designer is responsible for, but not limited to:

• Develop multimedia creative concepts and design pieces for marketing initiatives, including digital advertising, motion graphics, social media, print, billboards, infographics, etc.
• Design templates for email marketing campaigns, newsletters, white papers, brochures, slide shows, etc.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, generating fresh concepts and ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
• Maintain brand guidelines in work created.
• Work directly with the Sales department to guide the development and implementation of their marketing materials.
• Communicate with marketing vendors and internal support departments as required.
• Ensure quality and brand standards are met across all deliverables while staying on deadline and within compliance guidelines.
• Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Solid knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Suite Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Audacity, or other media editing software.
• Proven graphic design manipulation and design skills in print, digital, business materials, promotional merchandising, etc.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to think creatively and execute tactically.
• Ability to produce quality products within a high-demand, tight deadline environment.
