SUMMARY
The Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in creating and managing visual assets that align with our brand’s aesthetic and marketing goals. This position requires a creative yet tactical professional who can balance design innovation with day-to-day responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to various aspects of the marketing department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and refine visual assets for a variety of marketing materials, including email campaigns, social media graphics, presentations, brochures, event collateral, and more.
- Develop and maintain templates in InDesign, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
- Prepare print-ready files for various projects, ensuring all specifications are met and quality standards are upheld.
- Coordinate with external vendors and printers to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of printed materials.
- Collaborate on the design and production of seasonal lookbooks, incorporating feedback from cross-functional teams.
- Assist with marketing team administrative tasks, such as organizing submitted galleries, creating and maintaining SharePoint folders, and managing inventory.
- Collaborate with the team on annual sales collateral and special projects.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to produce high-quality work.
- Perform data merging between Excel and InDesign for seamless integration of information into design projects.
- Maintain and organize digital assets to ensure efficiency and accessibility for the team.
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the marketing team and other departments, ensuring the overall success and efficiency of company operations.
- Be proactive during downtime by identifying and completing tasks that enhance the team’s productivity and efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of full-time work experience as a graphic designer or 3+ years of freelancing experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Basic knowledge of Premier Pro is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data merging capabilities with InDesign (non-negotiable).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A creative and tactical approach to design, with an understanding of both the artistic and practical needs of marketing.
- Willingness to adapt and take on a variety of tasks as needed to support the marketing team.
