As a graphic designer at Service Sanitation, you’ll be part of the team who oversees the way the Service Sanitation brand and our industry is perceived by its employees, customers, and the general public. Influencing by way of external marketing and internal communications, you’ll have the ability to shape the organization from the inside out. We’re looking for a next level thinker and detail-oriented doer – someone who can bring new ideas to the table and take our creative edge to new heights.

Using tools such as social media, video, and web, you’ll help us visualize, design, and implement a variety of different visual graphics that’ll impact our organization for years to come! You’ll be directly involved in the ideation, design, animation and finishing phases of media production. Together, you’ll help better our local communities and empower the American worker to excel!

On-Site Position

Job Responsibilities:

Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Help with producing and ordering marketing and training collateral
• Translate verbal or written direction into on-brand visual concepts and designs
• Assist photography team with occasional video/photo shoots as needed
• Communicate clearly with all team members on status, deadlines, and roadblocks
• Craft complex graphics for print, collateral, digital, social media, email, and blogs
• Develop supplemental motion graphics for marketing and training videos
• Provide regular input regarding communication to ensure visual identity is on brand

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in a Jr. or Sr. design role
• Basic Understanding of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree with concentration in web design, motion graphics, and/or illustration.
• Fluent in Adobe Design Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
• Knowledge or experience working with 3D animation programs (Blender, Cinema4D, Maya, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of the WordPress platform is a plus!
