Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement creative social media campaigns that engage and grow our audience. Build relationships with influencers and manage collaborations to drive impact.
• Growth Initiatives: Drive brand awareness and organic growth across all social platforms by identifying new opportunities, trends, and content ideas.
• Creative Collaboration: Support content creation on-site and assist in shaping the visual narrative of our campaigns while ensuring alignment with our messaging and objectives.
• Adaptability: Contribute to various projects and tasks across the organization, helping shape and evolve our brand presence at every stage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: College degree preferred, but practical experience and results matter most.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in social media management or digital marketing with a proven record of success.
• Design Savvy: A keen eye for visual storytelling, current design trends, and creating content that resonates with audiences.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the non-profit sector, specifically emergency management and disaster relief.
• Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with all major social media platforms, word processing tools, and digital design software (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.).
• Flexible Schedule: Hybrid work environment for better work-life balance.
