About The Position

• Job Title: Registered Nurse

• Oasis Charting experience
• Experience with wounds, wound vacs, Plurex, central lines, PICCs, lab draws, and CP assessment
• Ability to educate on Chronic Disease Management (COPD, CHF, DM, Pneumonia)

• Serve the community by offering in-home visits for qualifying clients
• Work as part of a multiple team member approach
• See 30 points in a week or 6 daily
• Complete documentation the day of service
• Work every third weekend as part of the weekend rotation
• Every third weekend requires 8-hour shifts from 8:00 to 16:30
• Coverage area includes specified regions
• First-time applicants are welcome
• This position requires a supervisory reference for submission
• Floating may be requested based on the facility's needs
• Specialty experience required within the last year
• Orientation is provided for 16 hours

Please note that candidates cannot work both travel assignments and per diem contracts simultaneously; they must choose one. Prior permanent employees must be off work for at least 6 months before being hired for travel. Keep requests for time off to a minimum, with no requests for a full calendar week off during assignment.
