Reporting to: Associate Creative Director

This role will begin as a remote position but will transition to a full-time, in-office role once our office is established.

We are looking for a skilled and service-oriented professional to lead the creation of visually compelling content that showcases our luxury vacation properties. This role requires a strong background in real estate photography, advanced expertise in photo and video production, and the ability to manage multiple projects while traveling extensively. The ideal candidate has comprehensive knowledge of luxury property photography and videography, professional editing tools, and a deep understanding of the visual storytelling needs of the high-end travel and hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality images of Inspirato homes and properties, showcasing their architectural details, interiors, and unique features in a way that inspires and engages potential members.
• Create compelling lifestyle imagery that highlights the member experience, from on-property moments to curated experiences in our portfolio destinations.
• Produce and edit engaging video content, including home tours, destination highlights, and promotional campaigns.
• Deliver and organize a library of high-quality assets for use across Inspirato’s digital and print platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Work closely with the marketing, creative, and property management teams to ensure all photography and video content meets strategic goals and project requirements.
• Manage editing, retouching, and delivery of all photography and video content to ensure premium quality.
• Travel to Inspirato properties (approximately 50% of the time) to capture new and updated visuals, while managing on-location shoots efficiently.

Required Skills:

• Photography Expertise: Proven ability to capture and highlight architectural details, interiors, and exteriors with creativity, as well as aspirational lifestyle imagery that tells a story.
• Editing & Production: Skilled in advanced photo and video editing using tools like Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro; experienced in color grading, retouching, and creating polished assets, including high-quality real estate and promotional videos.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert in professional camera equipment, lenses, drones, and lighting setups for both indoor and outdoor shoots.
• Attention to Detail & Brand Alignment: Ensures visuals meet luxury standards while maintaining consistency with Inspirato’s aesthetic and voice.
• Project & Team Management: Manages multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and providing clear direction during shoots.
• Adaptability: Excels in diverse environments and handles challenges like tight schedules, unpredictable weather, and varying property layouts.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional photography experience, with a portfolio of luxury properties and lifestyle imagery.
• Proficiency with professional photography and editing tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, and experience in video production and editing.
• Skilled in drone operation (FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification preferred).
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end production for photo and video shoots, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Comfortable with extensive travel (50%) to domestic and international locations and adaptable to on-site challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in photography, visual arts, or related field preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

We believe in building a compensation structure that reflects the comparable market pay rate for positions at companies similar in size, revenue generation and geographic location; in addition to individual factors including seniority, performance-based merit, education/training, and experience related to scope of responsibilities.

Bonus: Eligible for the company’s bonus plan, with a target of up to 10% of your annual salary.

Paid Time Off: Accrues each pay period, totaling 15 days annually, plus nine paid holidays.

FAM Trip: After one year of employment, eligible for one three-to-four-night stay per calendar year in an Inspirato property, subject to availability and program terms.
