We are currently seeking a SEO Web Content Analyst - REMOTE to join our team in Morrisville (REMOTE), North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).
NTT Data is seeking a highly motivated, flexible, organized, and detail-oriented SEO Web Content Analyst to join our great team. We support a project/customer that "reduces the burden of human illness and disability by understanding how the environment influences the development and progression of human disease.” Your work here really matters and has real impact.
Responsibilities:
- Work with a team of web and application developers and designers to support websites and online applications for a government research institute.
- Complete small website edits requested by customers, gather requirements for larger projects, and suggest new solutions to improve existing websites.
- Communicate with customers, understand the requirement gathering process, document work/time details in job tracking system, and be flexible to change priorities based on customer needs.
- Develop materials and conduct training on various web topics; manage internal procedures and documents.
- Review websites, analyze traffic, and evaluate enhancements to improve usability, SEO, and page traffic.
- Meet frequently with colleagues to discuss goals, collaborate when needed, work independently on web changes, and review colleagues' work.
- Stay current with technological developments in software development, systems, application support, and user support practices.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in an analyst position, including quantitative analytical skills, preferably within the web development field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with any Content Management System, preferably Drupal.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience with HTML/HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to obtain Public Trust background clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Well organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Strong knowledge of web analytics and search engine optimization.
- Understanding of 508 compliance.
- US Citizens or Permanent Residents.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with clients and present findings.
- This position offers the flexibility to work remotely but the chosen candidate must obtain a government-issued badge, which requires arrangements to collect it from one of the NIH badge issuing offices located in Washington DC area, North Carolina, or Montana.
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $60,156 - $125,326. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on various factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
