Studio Leader Job at WASHINGTON AIA in Odessa

Responsibilities

1. Assist with management of multiple Project Architects and collaborate with the Project Architects on the design of multiple projects.
2. Participate in the architectural design process and develop alternative solutions.
3. Develop Revit models to illustrate design concepts as may be required at various phases of the design process.
4. Streamline the architectural design process from conceptual design through overall completion of projects.
5. Communicate with the client at regular intervals throughout the project in coordination with the Design Principal.
6. Provide Construction Administration support as needed to support the execution and completion of a project design.

Qualifications

1. A Bachelor or Master's of Architecture
2. A license to practice architecture or actively taking the ARE
3. Proficiency with Revit and Bluebeam
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
5. 7+ years experience
