Ongoing search for a talented and charismatic retail sales associate / customer service representative in the beauty industry. The Amazing Lash Studio brand is the industry leader for eyelash extension and eyebrow services with a mission to create lasting beauty and confidence through passion, dedication and excellence so our guests will look and feel AMAZING!

Following a temporary closure due to COVID-19, the health and safety of clients and our team members is our top priority. We have implemented new safety protocols and elevated cleaning procedures in accordance with federal and state guidelines for your protection. These include, but are not limited to:

• Client screening questions
• Temperature checking
• The use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Strategic scheduling to allow for cleaning between appointments

Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Promoting and selling Amazing Lash Studio Membership and retail products to guests
• Assisting Studio Manager with retaining current members
• Creating a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and assisting as well as quickly responding to customer questions and needs
• Answering phone calls, booking appointments, and enthusiastically greeting guests
• Assisting in administrative tasks including filing and data entry of guest records and surveys
• Preparing guest records for treatments
• Participating in special events to promote the studio
• Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of lobby and studio public areas
• Maintaining quality service by enforcing organizational standards and positively contributing to a professional and pleasant culture

Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• Customer service oriented
• Results oriented, metrics driven
• Sales experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask
• Outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customers
• Excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Millennium Salon Software experience a plus
