What You'll Do:

1. Process video alarm signals quickly, accurately and professionally.
2. Provide a high level of detail through the ticketing process.
3. Learn and use new software to complete multiple tasks.

What We're Looking for:

1. 1+ year of customer service experience strongly preferred.
2. Strong attention to detail is a must.
3. Must be able to type, write, and speak English.
4. Must be able to use technology efficiently for an extended amount of time.

Preferred Experience (but not required):

1. 1 Year of phone customer service.
2. Minimum of 16-29 hours per week.
3. 1 Year of security experience.
4. Bilingual is a plus.
