We are seeking a UX Director with:

1. Master’s degree in Digital Arts with 2 years of experience.
2. Experience using software like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite to create and revise flowcharts, wireframes, low-fidelity sketches, high-fidelity visual design, and data visualization.
3. Ability to use cutting-edge prototyping tools such as Proto.io, Figma, & Axure to create interactive prototypes for usability testing.
4. Experience generating SVG assets and reusable components for responsive designs using HTML & CSS.
5. Management and mentoring experience with UX designers, evaluating their work, and organizing team meetings.
6. Collaboration with the product management team to define feature requirements based on customer needs, business goals, and technological realities across multiple platforms.
7. Strong communication skills to convey concepts, solutions, and design reasoning to colleagues, the management team, and customers.

Skills: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Proto.io, Axure, HTML & CSS.

SALARY: $100,818.00

HOURS: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
