In the role of Managing Producer, you will oversee all Marcom asset development across our channel interactive marketing initiatives. You will partner with key business stakeholders to define the channel interactive marketing roadmap and go-to-market strategy across hardware and services products, and oversee production and delivery of these campaigns.
Description
You will provide leadership of strategic, large-scale digital initiatives, including production and management of complex scope, business-critical projects, and alignment of matrixed teams and stakeholder groups.
Responsibilities:
- Closely collaborate with a team of cross-functional partners, strategists, brand managers, producers, creatives, partner communications leads, sales, product marketing, and others to plan, create, and deliver work that drives the business.
- As the subject matter expert, you will take the lead in driving Channel marketing initiatives.
- Remove barriers and help teams to build effective work by providing channel context and insights throughout the creative process.
- Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team toward desired results.
- Develop and mentor team to be strategic leaders and build positive relationships.
- Communicate high-level concepts and overall business direction succinctly to all levels of the organization.
- Partner with functional experts to move things forward as the product roadmap, channel/partner landscape, and marketing strategies evolve.
- Recommend solutions and stand behind the right solution.
- Develop and drive an ongoing measurement plan that can inform the business of opportunity spaces.
- Distill and articulate defined business strategy and proposed solutions to the project team.
- Prioritize work to ensure focus and results.
- Identify risks and dependencies in cross-functional program plans, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks and handle partner expectations.
- Encourage, inspire, and influence others to work together to move things forward, giving a voice to the best ideas and ensuring others focus on what matters.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the production of digital marketing, with at least two years experience guiding both engineering and creative teams through complex projects.
- 7 years management experience at a global brand and/or creative agency.

- 10-20+ years of relevant marketing and communications experience at a global brand and/or creative agency.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with large, global brands across a range of marketing touch points.
- Deliver results and have a can-do attitude when it comes to hitting milestones and meeting deadlines.
- Highly organized and love to craft efficiencies to further streamline processes.
- Proficient in the latest digital advancements and technology.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $185,800 and $334,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
