Position Responsibilities:  

 

We are seeking a Business Communication Specialist Intern to join the Enterprise Architecture team at Reyes Holdings. As a Business Communication Specialist Intern, your role will be critical in managing our communication strategy and enhancing our internal public image. You will develop and execute our communication strategy (both internal and external). The ideal candidate is a talented communicator passionate about crafting compelling messages, engaging with diverse audiences and shaping the brand personality.

 

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: 

  • Write, edit and proofread communication materials, including press releases and FAQs based on the Amazon method for articulating innovation ideas and Enterprise Architecture concepts.
  • Prepare internal communications, including memos, newsletters and presentations for employees and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create visually appealing and effective external communication materials.
  • Other projects or duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:  

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 0 to 1 plus years of general work experience 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The Company will not sponsor applicants for work visas
