We are seeking a skilled Tower Technician I to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the telecommunications industry and be able to work at heights.

Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment on towers and rooftops

- Climb towers and work at heights up to 500 feet

- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues

- Complete work orders and maintain accurate records

- Follow safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

- OSHA 10 and CPR/First Aid certification preferred

- Ability to pass a background test and drug screen

- Willingness to work at heights and in various weather conditions

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
