Meta seeks an experienced digital marketer for its Business Growth Marketing team to help us grow the adoption of LLaMA (Large Language Model Meta AI), a state-of-the-art foundational large language model with developers, enterprises and governments audiences. A successful candidate must have experience building and managing growth programs and digital marketing channels in a fast-paced company. They must thrive with cross-functional teams and exhibit analytical and marketing skills. Growth Marketing Manager, B2B, AI Responsibilities

Manage digital marketing channels (web, email/CRM, etc.) to execute high-performing go-to-market activations to enterprise audiences at scale. Collaborate with engineering, product marketing and sales/partnerships teams to understand the needs of our target audiences and develop digital/performance marketing strategies that will drive awareness, consideration and adoption of LLaMA. Work with quantitative and qualitative data teams to understand the audience and use cases to inform the strategy, rollout decisions, optimizations, and measurement. Produce and share data insights with the rest of the cross-functional teams that touch the customer journey and experience to inform strategy. Partner with sales and partnerships organizations to drive qualified enterprise leads into the sales funnel and support sales cycle efficiency with performance and digital marketing best practices. Improve our digital funnel across target audiences, all the way from discovery through to conversion. Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across operations, creative, and analytics teams to ensure on time and accurate launches. Regularly analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations. Design and implement test plans to understand drivers of conversion and product adoption. Minimum Qualifications

7+ years of experience in marketing. Experience with CMS, CRM and marketing automation platforms and tools. Expertise working with enterprise business development and partnerships teams to drive full funnel marketing. Experience with A/B Testing and lift measurement. Experience influencing and providing direction to cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, sales, product, and creative to execute and evaluate marketing campaigns. Preferred Qualifications

Marketing experience in AI, enterprise B2B and/or technology focused environment. Experience with Salesforce. Compensation $150,000/year to $211,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits.
