Our robust affiliate marketing program connects us with a diverse network of content creators, influencers, and collaborators who share our passion for empowering women through fashion. We’re seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven professional to lead and expand this vital aspect of our business. Position Overview: As the Head of Affiliate Marketing & Collaborations, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of Albion’s affiliate and collaboration programs. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in content creation, strategic planning, and ROI analysis. You’ll craft innovative scripts, campaigns, and initiatives to inspire and equip our affiliates and collaborators while ensuring our budget is allocated effectively for maximum impact. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Build and refine strategies to grow Albion’s affiliate and collaborations program, ensuring alignment with overall brand goals. Content Creation: Develop compelling, original content, scripts, and campaigns tailored for affiliates and collaborators to enhance engagement and drive results. Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, mutually beneficial relationships with affiliates and collaborators, maintaining open communication and trust. Budgeting & ROI Analysis: Allocate budgets across different initiatives, ensuring optimal ROI and adjusting strategies based on performance metrics. Performance Tracking: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement. Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure program alignment with brand messaging and goals. Qualifications: 7–10 years of experience in affiliate marketing, collaborations, or a related field Proven expertise in content creation and campaign management, with a strong portfolio of innovative ideas and successful projects In-depth understanding of ROI metrics and budget allocation strategies Exceptional relationship-building skills with a passion for networking and collaboration Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions Excellent communication and leadership abilities Compensation & Benefits: Salary: Competitive; based on experience and market standards for Salt Lake City.
