Marketing Associate , you'll be responsible for developing and executing asset creation and social media best practices for Fearless artist campaigns. You will work under direct supervision from the VP Marketing and general direction from the Digital Marketing Manager and Project Manager. What you’ll do: Collaborate with project managers on releases helping to develop album roadmaps and timelines, project milestones, tasks, schedules, resources, budgets, and assets. Help maintain marketing plans by updating goals, objectives, campaigns, and results, communicating each artist’s vision to all teams across Concord label services. Assist the digital marketing manager to execute digital campaigns and social strategies for each release, noting relevant platforms, benchmarks, and content for each. Create social media calendars providing insight on creative copy and updates for all owned assets such as social media properties, newsletters, and website updates. What you’ll need: Experience in a fast-moving, creative environment. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, multi-task, and deliver outstanding work on tight deadlines. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Experience in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Photoshop. A deep understanding of the digital, social, and content marketing space with a keen eye for viral content and trends on emerging social media platforms. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively. Salary Range: $29.00 - 32.00 per hour *This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days on-site.
