office. Your New Role
Developing qualifications-based collateral for proposals, award submissions, client meetings and presentations in a deadline-driven environment. Updating and maintaining marketing collateral for conferences, industry days, career fairs, employee onboarding and other internal and external events. Supporting the ongoing maintenance and development of CO’s website, content libraries and asset databases. Implementing the firm’s social media strategy across all platforms, including writing content and creating graphics. Who You Are
1-3 years' experience with marketing, communications or related field Degree in marketing, communications, English or related field, or equivalent work experience. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines Self-motivated with excellent follow-through Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of social media applications Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills Proficiency with InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop Fluency in MS Office Suite: Teams, Word, Excel. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with A/E/C marketing Experience working in a deadline-driven environment requiring flexibility and teamwork Compensation $68,000 - $80,000. Applicants, please note that actual compensation is determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location, among others. The wage offered or salary is only one aspect of an employee's total compensation. This salary range is based off the Los Angeles area.
