As the fifth largest hotel management company in the US, Remington Hospitality is the “place where passionate people thrive.” We are seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial marketing leader for a newly created position overseeing the marketing and digital strategy for three branded hotels in Orlando. With dual reporting to the hotel general managers and the Corporate Director of Marketing & Digital Strategy—Branded Hotels, the Director Marketing & Digital Strategy – Orlando Cluster is responsible for enhancing the properties’ use of on- and off-line marketing channels to improve market share and drive room revenue performance. The selected candidate is an entrepreneurial leader who is responsible for brand stewardship; omni-channel marketing strategy and execution; oversight of the hotels’ digital presence and experiential storytelling; delivery of data-driven paid media results; email marketing; and reputation management, social media, and public relations strategies. The Director Marketing & Digital Strategy – Orlando Cluster owns the development of the marketing roadmaps for hotels in the portfolio and oversees its execution. He/she is responsible for the development, management, and execution of marketing initiatives including paid, owned & earned media; online content and photography, as well as the marketing plans, programming and activations, reporting, analytics, and market research that drive the efforts to achieve budget, increase revenues and meet market share targets. Keys to success will be: (1) position hotels as leaders in competitive markets; (2) align strategic marketing KPIs; (3) structure strategic marketing plans to effectively deliver relevant media and messaging to an ideal targeted customer profile to drive commercial metrics; (4) analyze marketing and digital performance to make data-driven recommendations on budgets and strategic and tactical executions; (5) effectively collaborate and communicate with stakeholders (on-property and above-property) to align on commercial strategies and drive results. WHAT YOU WILL DELIVER: Oversight of paid media and advertising vehicles to maximize revenue delivery for all hotels in portfolio. Best-in-class digital presence for assigned portfolio through brand strategy and execution; experiential storytelling, content, and visual assets; and revenue generating merchandising. Ensure development and pull-through of hotels’ brand strategy across all consumer touch points. Manage and optimize the email marketing strategy for each assigned hotel. Champion successful social media, influencer marketing and public relations efforts. Develop and execute on-property marketing activations that enhance guest experience and drive engagement across all three hotel locations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and local market trends. Cultivate and manage local marketing partnerships with businesses, attractions, and community organizations to enhance brand visibility, drive guest traffic, and create unique promotional opportunities for all three hotel properties. Collaborate with General Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing, Director of Revenue Management, and above-property Commercial Strategy partners to deliver on-strategy marketing programs. Manage internal resources and external partners and hold them accountable for delivering best-in-class service and performance. Influence the development and execution of portfolio-wide strategies. WHAT YOU BRING:

First-hand knowledge and experience marketing branded hotels in the Orlando market. Hilton, IHG, and/or Marriott experience required. Dynamic leadership style, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for driving results. Ability to articulate clear, concise marketing strategy, challenges, and achievements to all stakeholders. Ability to influence and motivate others, build momentum around common goals, and gain trust and credibility. Propensity to leverage data to make marketing strategy decisions. Proven experience and knowledge of hotel and marketing technology tools and systems. Excellent interpersonal skills including strong verbal, listening, and written communication. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced team environment. Ability to work independently on projects and collaborate as a strong team member. Excellent attention to detail, flexible, and adaptable to change. Ability to operate under pressure and meet or exceed deadlines. Excellent organizational, time-management, and analytical skills. Imagination and creativity skills, focusing on improving financial performance through changing marketing channels.

Qualifications

4-year degree required At least 5 years of experience in digital strategy, eCommerce, marketing communications, branding, public relations, etc. Digital marketing and/or eCommerce experience at Marriott, Hilton, or IHG hotels Proficiency managing paid media campaigns and strategies in the Koddi platform.
