Summary Statement (Objective or purpose of this position):
The Content Data Analyst is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of catalog and product data in alignment with company strategy, commitments, and goals. This position will be responsible for developing product gap analysis, carry-through coverage, maintaining product data compliance and driving an industry leading strategy for Holley's Exhaust Business Unit. This role will report to and support the Exhaust Business Unit, while also supporting Holley's Data Governance enterprise strategy.
Key Job Elements (Essential Functions Performed):
Responsible for the development and maintenance of catalog data.
Perform research related to new product development, such as market comparison, OE research, competitive research and analysis and pricing analysis support.
Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends and competitors.
Review catalogue discrepancies as identified by internal or external parties.
Work cross functionally with other Departments (Product Management, Engineering, Business Unit Leadership, Data Receivers / Customers) to execute deliverables.
Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
Understand company data flows and dependencies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications (Education/Experience required): Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience in Automotive Aftermarket working with catalogue content.
Experience and working level knowledge of Automotive Aftermarket application content best practices and standards.
Experience and working level knowledge of industry formats and standards, including ACES and PIES.
Working level knowledge of Light Vehicle and Powersports components and systems.
Strong analytical skills and presentation skills.
Experience with PDM preferred.
Experience mapping application data.
Ability to work within deadlines and time constraints.
Must possess excellent written, organizational, time management, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
