Job Overview:
We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our Director of Business Development in executing and managing a variety of marketing initiatives. This role requires a dynamic individual who can develop engaging content, manage marketing campaigns, and support event coordination while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have prior marketing coordination experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in web or graphic design is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Support:
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
- Work with creative teams to develop marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, email templates).
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and generate performance reports.
Content Creation and Management:
- Create and edit content for marketing materials, website updates, email newsletters, and social media posts.
- Manage and update the company website and social media platforms to ensure brand consistency.
- Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure timely publication.
Event Coordination:
- Support the planning and execution of events such as trade shows, on-site training sessions, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Handle event logistics, registrations, and follow-up communications.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data to support marketing strategy development.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain and update marketing databases, contact lists, and schedules.
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Business Development as needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Ensure all marketing materials are current, accurate, and properly stored.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, product development, and customer service) to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Communicate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the success of marketing projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3 - 5 years of marketing or communications experience required.
- Marketing experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus.
- Proven ability to create marketing content, manage campaigns, and coordinate events.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
- Knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing tools, Google Analytics).
- Experience with Epicor ERP system is a plus.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative team player.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques, particularly in the manufacturing sector, is a plus.
Work Environment:
- Office environment: 75%
- Travel: 25% (e.g., for events, trade shows, or client meetings)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
