About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join the BizzyCar team. In this role, you’ll support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events. You’ll work closely with Marketing leadership, Sales, and Customer Success teams to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and engage current and prospective customers. Requirements
Campaign Management & Execution: Assist in the development, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness. Coordinate and schedule social media posts, email campaigns, and other digital marketing activities. Work with designers and content creators to produce engaging, relevant, and on-brand content.
Content Development & Management: Assist with the capture of testimonials, case studies, and customer reviews. This will require domestic travel to dealer partners, especially in the early months of the engagement. Travel likely 2-3 days per week for the first 2-3 months. Collaborate on blog posts, website content, social media, and promotional materials that resonate with our target audience, including Fixed Ops Directors, Service Managers, and General Managers at dealerships. Help develop and potentially host a regular podcast that delivers value to current customers and prospects. Ensure all content aligns with BizzyCar’s messaging, tone, and brand standards. Create and maintain marketing collateral, case studies, and presentations for use across BizzyCar’s marketing and sales efforts.
Lead Generation & Nurture Programs: Assist in developing and managing nurture campaigns for prospects, current clients, and lost customers to re-engage and guide them through the sales funnel. Utilize tools like HubSpot to track, analyze, and optimize lead engagement.
Event & Trade Show Support: Support BizzyCar’s event and trade show planning, logistics, and follow-up activities to maximize brand visibility and lead generation. Will require occasional travel to events as a representative of BizzyCar. Assist with coordinating event materials, presentations, and follow-up communication.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, initiatives, and events using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media analytics. Conduct market and competitor research to help refine BizzyCar’s positioning and identify new opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to align marketing activities with BizzyCar’s strategic goals. Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure all marketing activities are executed on schedule and meet quality standards.
Qualifications
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in SaaS business.
Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads) and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for various channels.
Organization: Excellent project management skills, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Attitude: Self-starter, team player, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel and engage directly with prospects and current customers for video testimonials and events.
