Sr. Multimedia Productions Specialist The Sr. Multimedia Productions Specialist (SMPS)will act in the capacity of a Lead Video Editor. The SMPS falls under the Multimedia Production Division which is under the direction of the Executive Creative Producer and Creative Director. The SMPS is responsible for the video editing and creation of products from pre-recorded footage. The position also extends to camera operator for in-the-field video shoots, creating shot lists, scripts, storyboards, packing lists, and additional pre-production documentation and archiving. This is an in-office position at our Corporate Office. Sr. Multimedia Productions Specialist Qualifications/ Requirements Bachelor's degree in Video Production, Film, Cinematography, Marketing, or a related field 4+ years related work experience required in aspects of Multimedia Production or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience Portfolio Required Proficient in the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Lightroom, Photoshop and Media Encoder) Production knowledge for sets and travel shoots, including lighting, audio, and general staging Experience in scriptwriting, storyboarding, and directing Ability to travel at times, including weekends and overnight Creative mind, interviewing, and storytelling skills Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure Strong leadership and planning ability Strong organizational skills Sr. Multimedia Productions Specialist responsibilities are, but not limited to: Creating captivating visual stories from ideation to final export Editing strong, awe-inspiring videos Ability to serve as a camera operator for a multitude of events Ability to capture in-field interviews Archive and organize files on Quest's Multimedia servers Maintain production equipment Assist with Live Streaming GoTo Webinar Meetings Excellent interpersonal skills Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity Participating in brainstorming sessions for new projects Interacting with Quest associates on production-related services Maintaining time management Collaborate with direct report to grasp production needs and specifications Ability to manage your time and projects to ensure we meet deadlines consistently Conducting one-on-one meetings with multimedia leadership Attend weekly meetings, when necessary Communicate with leads regarding upcoming, ongoing, and completed projects Complete reports regarding multimedia tasks
